About Me
As a Clinical Social Worker, I provide online therapy services to those who reside in Maryland. I have experience supporting women, young adults, and adolescents go through life’s challenges and navigating anxiety, stress, self-esteem, and relationships.
I also have extensive experience supporting adolescents and young adults within both school, community, and family systems. I ensure a holistic approach that addresses both the academic and personal aspects of their lives. My goal is to empower youth with the skills and strategies they need to thrive, fostering growth and resilience in a supportive and collaborative environment.
I have a strong dedication to women’s health that shines through in my work with moms, including those experiencing postpartum changes and infertility struggles, which includes grief and loss, IVF/IUI treatments, and LGBT support. Everyone has their own unique reproductive story and I am here to let yours be heard. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional level 2 (CCTP-II) and utilize trauma approaches, client centered therapy, and psychoeducation when working with individuals struggling with infertility and loss. I am educated in various ART (assisted reproductive technologies), so during our work we will focus more on your emotional challenges and concerns rather than you feeling the need to explain the procedures.
When I’m not in the office, you’ll likely find me enjoying time with my husband, our daughter, and our two playful dogs. I love the outdoors (except in the cold!), taking long walks, cooking up new recipes, and exploring local restaurants.

My Values
Compassion: Demonstrating kindness and understanding, especially during difficult times. I support my clients in feeling cared for and valued as they embark on their wellness journey
Authenticity: It’s important to be vulnerable in therapy. I embrace uncomfortable conversations and strive to be honest with all my clients to best support you with your needs and goals
Empowerment: I help my clients develop their own skills, strengths, and coping mechanisms. I understand that you know your life and challenges better than anyone else. I am simply a third party person to encourage self-efficacy and autonomy.
